We generally dont buy pesto as i generally make it ourselves. But when a job came in for lee to update the product shots and some new lifestyle food shots, we were inundated with a good suppy of genoese pesto
There pesto has a great flavour i think this due to a few things they have great fresh basil that they grow themselves olive oil instead of canola oil and pine nuts that have that slight resin flavour witch really sets it of. We look forward to our own pinenuts soon as our trees are reaching maturity.
